At Nemer Saade, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day refund or exchange policy.

Please note that bespoke and made-to-measure items are not eligible for a refund unless there is a manufacturing fault or error on our part. In such cases, we will happily offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item is not returned in its original condition.

To initiate a refund or exchange, please contact us at info@nemersaade.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. If the item is in its original condition, we will process the refund or exchange within 7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
